Strongly recommend this product
So I bought this product because I got tired of using METARSAL arch support insoles. They always got dirty really fast, and also, after a while, the support was gone (I cannot complain that it makes the shoe more comfy..!).When I got this product, I was fascinated how different my feet felt. The first day of using it MY FEET HURT A LOT!!! You must follow the same procedures as buying arc support shoes: use it for a couple or hours first, and then rest your feet. But no, I used them the entire day, and as a college student, I walk a lot through campus to get to my classes. After getting used to them, I felt more rested; my feet were rested. I felt more support than using Metarsal Arch Support insoles. Also, while on the train, I was able to finally balance myself with the train's movement. I felt like I could do anything! One downside is that you require precision to place the gel exactly at the same position as your other foot. I felt weird when my right foot felt that the gel was a little bit sided to the right compared with my left foot.Excellent product! Highly recommend!

Not for dress shoes
These sleeves are just ok. They go on easy and are mostly comfortable. They do provide support. I do not like how there's a black line and "R" and "L" as they show when wearing slip-ons. They do tend to shift after walking around and the sleeve part is very long and has to be bunched up. Overall, they're fine but I would probably buy a different pair next time.

They are comfortable and supportive
These are an easy way to get addition support for your arches. I wore them around the house without shoes for the first day. I noticed that I was able to stand better and more evenly on my feet.I bought these to try because I am on my feet all day at work and when I get home my arches are touching the floor when I take off my shoes. These work for comfort and support. It takes a little maneuvering to get the little pad where I want it. But it does stick in place. The stock sleeve did not interfere with any of my footwear, which has been a problem for me when using shoe insert liners.

The miracle my aching, flat feet needed!
I just got these and today is the first day I've worn them all day. First let me say I have tragically flat feet. And because of that one of the nerves leading to my right toes has begun to thicken and cause me a lot of pain when I walk. Today is the first day I've been able to walk without pain. These are so sturdy and fit very comfortably, I wear a size 9 and 1/2 women's. They stayed put when I wore them both barefoot and with shoes, and my feet never felt hot or smothered. In fact I forgot I had them on several times. I am thus far very impressed and thankful for this product. I am curious to see how they stand up to the test of time, but they were not terribly expensive and I would definitely be willing to buy more in the future if needed.

Not a fan.
Not a fan of this. It's the first type I've ever tried so I am new to using arch support in the first place. However, as you walk, this thing twists and turns around you foot. It's comfortable if you're just sitting in one place or standing in one place or even if you don't plan to do much walking (like...if you're lounging around the house for the day). I wouldn't recommend wearing to work or the gym or anywhere where you'd be walking a lot. I don't use mine anymore. I used them for about a week or so before ditching them.

not for wide feet
I was hoping this would work out because I would like to buy cute shoes and need lots of arch support. Put them on for an hour and they were not comfortable. When I took them off I had deep makes from the elastic. I wear a women's 9 shoe. Was not expecting them to be so tight since they were unisex.

Perfectly product. !!!!!! GREAT.
I buy product 2 week ago. I already read very review good and bad ,And then I decided to buy it. She wearing shoes size 7. My wife uses these on an almost daily basis. She’s had several foot surgeries and the support this gives her foot and ankle are amazing. She would come home from work all the time and end up soaking her foot in epsom baths to relieve the pain. When wearing this support, while not all the pain is gone. These things work wonders for her! She love Gel Arch Support and I bought more 2 pair for My wife and my mom. Thank you for all.

The ONLY thing that makes my feet stop hurting!
I have tried everything under the sun for my horrible feet. I have bunions that stick up instead of out to the side and it’s made my arches fall and I have a ton of pain in the balls of my feet and my ankles. I have to have surgery very soon. But I’m the meantime I need arch support and something to stabilize the joints in the ball of my feet. I can’t tolerate a lifted heal, and all the insole type inserts either have a lifted heel, or the arch support isnt high enough, or they shift around and drive me crazy. I put these little puppies on under my socks (so they’re not visible) and they stay in place all day and make my horrible feet feel almost normal. I wear them every day. They are the best!
