I have been taking this supplement for awhile. Sometimes I forget and I can feel the difference. I used to get sick so quickly, now it's been great. When I feel like something is coming on, I take an extra capful and it goes away. Love this stuff. Usually buy 6 at a time so I don't run out and it's a better deal for the money. Tried to buy it locally and could not find it.

Product arrived on time as listed. This has recommended to me from my esthetician after I complained of drop in my energy level mid day. She suggested I may be depleted/low on essential minerals. So, I purchased a bottle from her and my afternoon yawing stopped!. When I finished that bottle, I went to my neighborhood health food store, picked up another brand, because they did not carry this product.
