It’s a map, print is good and all as expected!

I've always preferred these "1 inch to 1 mile" maps. They are perfectly useable for way finding and using a compass if needed. I have used them on many day walks and long distance walks.

As usual, the maps are the gold standard, and the digital version v useful as a backup, although it is much better to use the paper copy in the field in case your phone fails, and also because the screen of a smartphone/tablet is not easy to see in strong light outdoors.

Bought Active map to prevent tearing when frequently opening map. First time I have downloaded map to tablet computer which is very useful.
