I’ve been using this Microdermabrush for over a year now. After using it last night & truly realized how far my skin has come prior to using the brush & I had to write a review today. I did read of the many benefits of using a brush like this so I thought I’d give this one a try. I’ve now purchased several as I tend to replace the brush every 2 months depending on usage. I can tell when it’s time for a replacement as the needles aren’t as noticeable. I was nervous at first because of the word “needles” but I went slowly. It’s mildly abrasive. I feel it gently sands my skin :) There is some sensation but it didn’t hurt at all. It’s a feeling that my skin is being rejuvenated & that’s exactly what is happening! It’s extremely easy to use. The handle to easy to hold. I rub it gently but firmly all around my face down towards my neck. I get every spot possible. When I reach the point of not feeling the prickling anymore I know my entire face has been covered. ••It’s important to sanitize it with isopropyl alcohol before and after each use. I then rinse & dry. The case is wonderful for storage. The results after 1 year? Well I’m a 49yo woman with oily skin & for most of my life acne prone but haven’t been in the last couple years. I don’t have any wrinkles (one benefit to oily skin!) Honestly I began more self-care & was attentive to the products I was using on my face. Still the oil persists. Acne scars, enlarged pores, uneven skin tone & discoloration from too much sun was noticeable. Using this Microdermabrush has eliminated the discoloration, the sun damage is no longer noticeable. My pores have shrunken considerably, my overall skin tone is brighter & my skin is definitely softer. The acne scars I had are gone. This happened with me being dedicated to using this brush every 7-10 days. I cleanse my face & the brushing begins. Once I’ve gone through the process my skin feels so good but at the same time it’s telling me I want serum! It’s when I apply the serum in my regime that night & my skin SOAKS it in. It truly feels so rejuvenating & so very refreshing! (It’s hard not to remember to do this because I remember how good it feels) I give my skin about 15 min & I apply moisturizer. The night I use the brush the next morning my skin is glowing. It wasn’t that way right away but with CONSISTENT use I got there. I will continue to use this brush as it’s an excellent asset to my skin. I feel with dedication you could benefit from it as well. The price is great. I highly recommend!

Placing a 2nd order! My husband and I both got one for different reasons, his for his hair and me for my face/neck. I use it every Sunday with a hyalironic avid after to sooth my face. He uses his with minoxidil. We are both seeing tremendous results and we are both bumping our routine to twice a week now. We are both in our late 40s and this is an easy way to extend our appearance of youth. PS you do not have to push hard and both of our rollers have lasted 4 months, so far, with weekly use and cleaning. We spray ours with alcohol before and after use and we do not apply our serums until after we roll as to not gunk up the rollers.

This is the first review I’ve ever left on amazon. For this product, I just had to. I’ll start with my skin history before getting to the feedback. So I had cystic acne scarring COMBINED with sun damage. I had a sudden, horrible acne flare-up when I was 17; white heads, blackheads, cysts, postulates, everything. It was so bad, I had to get on accutane. Before getting on it, I was obsessed with tanning. I would tan every single day. Now this wouldn’t NECESSARILY be bad for my acne or my skin in general... however, it was MY actions that made it worse. I had a bad habit of picking at my skin, popping zits before they were ready, peeling little scabs off my face, overtreating pimples that were forming under the surface. My other mistake when tanning was my lack of sunscreen on my face. I would just lay there without putting a towel on my face or sunscreen, thinking it would improve my breakouts, or heal my open wounds from picking off my pimples until they drew blood. Now after doing all this, what the sun did was STOP the healing process and deepen the acne scars. Deepen the atrophic scars, and darken the hyperpigmentation. I didn’t even know how much it damaged my skin until the tan faded and I saw what my bad habit + the sun exposure, had left behind. My god, was it bad... now after waiting quite some time (about 1-2 years), the discoloration definitely faded drastically. That just came with time. BUT... what had not faded was the indentations left on my face. I tried for almost 3 years to get rid of the sunken scars, the atrophic scars seemed impossible to get rid of. Alpha hydrox definitely helped a little bit. AMBI cream couldn’t do much. No progress with vitamin E, vitamin C serum (by itself), Bio Oil, exfoliants, face masks. Nothing was TRULY getting the job done.. and THEN I find this I had heard about Derma rollers before but was afraid to try. THANK GOD I faced that fear. The first time I used it, I don’t think I used it properly. I didn’t use enough pressure to make a difference. So then the second time I tried it, I was much more ambitious with the pressure. Afterwards I put on the Vitamin C serum, then went to bed. I woke up the next day and OH MY GOD. I was completely floored how different my skin looked. My sunken scars were 70% gone. In ONE night, I had seen more progress than I had in THREE years. This is a miracle. I can’t believe it. My skin was smoother than it had ever been, the texture was so even. I’m so happy. People with indentations and atrophic scars, THIS IS YOUR HOLY GRAIL.

Works extremely well, fits in your hand great, very comfortable, very sturdy, you can clean it easily. Great value for your money, it’s very sturdy, very easy to use. Great product. Would recommend.

I've been using this since early September 2025 and I've not seen any difference --yet. It's now early November 2025. I mean, how long do I need to wait to see noticeable difference? I use it with vitamin C and hyaluronic acid. It's affordable but if it doesn't work what good is that? It's rinky-dink. It's small and compact and you can easily stash this in your purse so that's a plus. Listen, if you're just starting out, you can check this out but don't expect too much. I honestly don't understand the glowing and positive reviews here but to each their own.

Truly this dermaroller has changed my life. I don’t normally say that in reviews but I mean it - I used to wear at least some sort of makeup everyday because my skin was uneven with enlarged pores, and after using this once a week for the last few months I basically just use a toner daily and that’s it. It’s helped even my skin tone, it’s helped smooth my skin, helped my overall complexion, and I feel it’s even helped with the dry and oily parts of my skin. I actually feel better not wearing makeup at all these days which is saying A LOT for me. I have always struggled with skin issues and have spent hundreds of dollars on skincare products from things like the Clarisonic face brush, to expensive serums, toners, lotions —you name it. But this has really been a miracle for me. I think the derma roller paired with a deep moisturizer and toner used once a week does wonders. It definitely doesn’t feel good using it and my skin is red and angry for about 5 hours after the fact, but I do it before bed and when I wake up my skin is my normal color. It’s totally worth the small investment, but I would make sure you are sanitizing your roller with alcohol before and after each use, and not overusing the roller. Also, going extra ham on the roller I would not recommend. Lol you can end up with lines on your face or bleeding. Reviewers saying they bled or damaged their skin I believe just pushed too hard. Don’t go over the same area 137 times and then wonder why your face looks horrible the next day. Oh - and rolling over pimples on your face is a major no-no as well. It ends up just spreading bacteria and you’ll have more pimples than you started with. Roll around your blemishes. Anyway, great product. Worth it. I love it.
