Hiyo Silver!.... Away
I bought a pair of these bikes, one each for myself and "She who must be obeyed" with the idea of getting rid of the car as soon as I can finally retire. They were delivered two days before the estimated delivery date and while SWMBO was a bit reluctant to ride hers at first, but once I had moved the display unit to one side and fitted a basket on to the front a quick ride to the town centre and back (8 miles total) and changing the displayed speed from the default km/h to mph was more than enough to convince her that these were an excellent piece of kit. Pedalling to full speed is completely effortless with just a quiet hum from the rear wheel hub motor under acceleration, and coasting down hills seems to put some charge back into the battery.
