This milk is brilliant and has become my go-to for coffee. It's excellent value for money, foams really well, and I love that it's high in protein, sugar-free, and vegan. The fact that it's long-life is a huge bonus too, as I can keep a few cartons in the cupboard without worrying about them going off. I mainly use it for cappuccinos in my Siemens coffee machine and it performs really well. I've also had it with cereal and it was absolutely fine. The consistency is very similar to Oatly, which I like. One thing to be aware of is that it does separate a little, so it needs a good shake before use. My only real criticism is that if it's left out for too long after opening, it can develop a slightly fishy smell, which isn't particularly pleasant. That said, I suspect that's more down to me leaving it out than an issue with the product itself. Overall, a really good milk alternative that ticks a lot of boxes. All my friends have jumped on the band wagon too!

This product is absolutely amazing! I decided to try it because I always feel bloated when I drink other alternative milks, and this one has been such a great discovery. It’s high in protein, which is a huge plus for me, and it feels much lighter on my stomach compared to others I’ve tried. It works incredibly well with hot chocolate and mushroom powders it blends smoothly and gives a lovely, creamy texture without overpowering the flavor. The consistency is very similar to almond milk, but I actually find it even more enjoyable. It’s smooth, not too thick, and not watery either just perfect. The only small issue was that I received the unsweetened version instead of the barista one I ordered. However, Amazon refunded me immediately, which I really appreciated. Great customer service! I’ll definitely reorder the barista version as soon as I finish this box because I’m really curious to try how it froths in hot chocolate. Overall, the taste is very nice, clean, and pleasant. I honestly LOVE IT. I’ll probably alternate it with almond milk, but this has definitely become one of my new favorites. Highly recommend!

Great milk with neutral taste and foams well. Better than oat milk if you’re trying to watch added sugar as this is sugar free!

Fantastic milk, tastes as good as oat milk but with more protein and less calories. Issues with the caps on the Barista Zero unfortunately. Sometimes when the cap is lifted it breaks off and doesn’t open the bottle so I’ve had to cut the carton and put the milk in a bottle.

Love this product, it allows you to taste your coffee and not the milk, I really hate the “claggyness” of oat milk, and the tang of soya, this has no flavour to speak of and makes an excellent froth, win win

This is hands-down the best plant milk on the market! It's significantly creamier and superior to standard oat and almond milks. A major selling point is its impressive nutritional profile: high protein, lower carbs, and zero added sugar. It's truly a great find and a standout product. It's a shame that Waitrose stopped stocking this in favor of the same old, high-carb oat milk options. Well done to the company for creating such a fantastic product!

I suffer from IBS so have avoided lactose for years. I find other milk substitutes are either too weak and watery or upset my stomach... but I'm so glad I tried Sproud. It's creamy enough to make a fabulous latte, and yet allergen free so very easy to digest. Like other reviewers I just wish it was more widely stocked, and would love coffee chains to start offering it as an alternative alongside oat, soya, almond, etc... Strongly recommend giving it a go.

I normally get the sproud unsweetened milk (blue stripes) and instead decided to try the barista zero. What a mistake! The milk curdles when steamed and when its just added cold to a hot beverage. Completely avoid. I don't know whether I received a bad batch or not but I've been using the non-barista unsweetened version prior to this and had no issues with curdling.
