Stay away from this product. They do not list the ingredients in the description for a reason. The pouches contain Polyvinylpyrrolidone. A TOXIC WHEN INGESTED chemical. It's toxic yet they want you to suck on the damn thing so it secretes into your mouth and swallow it. Shame on this company.

I have used other brands of this type of caffeine delivery, so I thought they would be similar in taste quality. These don't taste like lemon or lemonade. They are cooling and taste sort of like medicine. Sharp. They value is ok, but they aren't tasty and I haven't noticed the effectiveness.

For $28, I feel like each pouch should be as strong as 2 shots of espresso. Yes you get a few "cases" of the pouches, but it just doesn't seem like anything that amazing to spend almost thirty bucks on. I did not get much of a buzz at all, and I felt like an idiot with a bulge in my lower lip, like I am some kind of baseball pitcher sitting in the dug out ready to spit.

This is a unique tea as in I'm not used to having a tea that has caffeine in it. The peach does taste artificial and I guess that's to be expected because these types of teas aren't gonna be made from a natural peach leaves I guess. The quality is decent I guess but I'm not used to having this type of tea so I don't know what to compare it to. I will say that I love the fact that they are individual servings and that you can easily brew them and it comes in a pack of 4.

The taste is not good.. For me not really a lemon flavor but more of a menthol/Vicks Vapo type flavor. Caffeine content seemed okay. However, the taste really ruined using these..
