How deep is the round cake pan?

Hi, I didn’t buy the cake pan I bought the muffin tray and they measure 4cm in the middle and a tiny bit on the edge so basically 4cm 😊

Has any body made mincepies in this and what size cutter do you need

No, but I should think bigger than any normal cutter you can buy. They would be very big mince pies and you might have to improvise using a bowl or something similar

How did you bake chocolate muffins with ridges (as in the photo) when the muffin tray is smooth? Fake photo?

I think the pictures of muffins with ridges were baked in ridged paper cases that were then removed (and not necessarily in that particular muffin tray). lining with paper cases negates the need for a silicone tray whose selling point is it’s non-stick nature. Incidentally I don’t use mine for muffins - mini toad-in-the-hole and they work a treat!
