I have a pair of Usogood 12x50 binoculars that are extremely affordable & very good optics that were recommended to me if i didn't want to spend alot of money but wanted decent range and clear optics.I'm an amateur wildlife photographer and although the binoculars do the job i do find at times that carrying the camera and binoculars can be cumbersome or i get a bit tangled up with straps so when i saw that Usogood had released the upgraded AT monocular i thought this might be easier to carry about.I've had the monocular about 2 weeks now and have taken it out with me when on a photography trip and have found it to be much easier than using the binoculars to spot wildlife as it's so light to carry about and slips straight in my pocket rather than carrying it around my neck although it does come with a bag and shoulder strap if needed.I really do like the option of the hand strap on the side which means it's so light that i can just walk around with it strapped to my hand which makes spotting extremely quick rather than fumbling about with binoculars to grab my camera.Another major plus point is focusing as the damping is just perfect and not too fast to bring things into focus and very easy with one finger on the top wheel.Optics are on par with my binoculars and extremely sharp giving a superb detailed image.Another great feature is the tripod mount and i can mount the monocular to my monopod for rock steady viewing.I'm very pleased with this purchase and this is now part of my wildlife photography gear.This gets a five star rating for being so light to carry about and optics are very sharp and detailed coupled with excellent damping on the focus wheel that's not too fast so that it's easy to bring into focus rather than being highly sensitive and spending time trying to get the object sharp in the lens.

Always at hand, ready to catch those fleeting sights while out walking. Lightweight, comfortable to hold, great quality, clear optics at a great price, easy to focus with it's large centre focus ring. Perfect size to pack away in a rucksack when not needed. As with other Usogood products I use, sharp clear images and quality products, and great value for money.

For the money, this is actually really good. My worry with 'less expensive' optics is of course distortion and abberation, however, with this monocular there is none, the optics are very very clear. There seems to be a couple of ways to focus too, not just a single knob so everyone should be able to focus, even glasses wearers. The other thing is that it is light, nice and light so its a good alternative to binoculars when you have alot of other things to carry too. There are cheaper ones but I would hold off from those if you can. They also offer a 2 year warranty. It comes with a nice carry pouch with strap and strap for the hand. I would say this is great value for money.

Generally good The front lens cap doe not fit properly.

I am really impressed with this Monocular. Feels very comfortable and solid in the hand. The detachable strap lends additional security and the carry case is nice and snug.Optics are nice and clear with no aberration.This is probably not for activities like bird watching, because of the 12x zoom, but for distance viewing it is impressive. I also like that you can attach it to a tripod.Well worth the money, just bear in mind that 12 x 50 can be a bit shaky when handheld, but the same can be said for all brands at this magnification.

I've been using these when I'm out walking. Lightweight and a good carry case makes them ideal for that. But what is really impressive is the visual quality. Crisp clear focusing in all lights and different conditions. They are also very each to focus. I've had monoculars (and binoculars) in the past where you move the focusing ring backwards and forwards trying to get a clear picture. These are so easy to use and focus in on what you are looking at. The build quality seems very high too. I've not dropped or knocked them to test it but the casing seems sturdy. They are also comfortable to hold, including for long periods. I really can't fault them at all.

This monocular is really good, the optics are clear and easily adjusted with two separate focus facilities - as I wear glasses this ability to adapt focus is crucial. It comes with a carry case and hand support - this was quite difficult to attach but once fitted gives brilliant control of the monocular. I have purchase Usogood products previously and quality had always been good with excellent customer service support. What’s not to like!

Received this monocular very quickly. Same day delivery. Great product. Easy to use. Very clear image. The hand strap is a little fiddly but managed to sort it. Easy to hold in one hand. Easy to adjust focus. Good carry bag with strap and cleaning cloth included. It also has a 24 month warranty. I would definitely recommend. Looking forward to doing some bird watching and star gazing with it.
