Where to start? Lets start with delivery. The boys that delivered this to me where professional and quick. They had a difficult time trying to speak English, but I speak Spanish and when I established that communication became a breeze. They are a good group of guys and worked quickly to swap my machines out. Now for the machine. Its short. I am 5'8 and this machine come to my navel. I plan to buy a pedestal for it. Its MUCH bigger inside, like the Tardis. IYKYK. I have no reservations about being able to fit even my bullies bedding in the machine. I love that the door is a sleek black glass. When operating, this is the quietest washer I have ever been around. Setting it up on the wifi network was also really easy. There is nothing negative I have to say other than the height was a bit shorter than expected, not by much though. I recommend purchasing this product.

Washing machine Is working so far. Manual and Warranty paperwork is Not included, says the Seller. And they will not send a copy of any of it. You are the one responsible for finding and printing it yourself if you have a printer. This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered in my lifetime. Sellers/Dealers would always go out of their way to take care of the Customer. Always. I still do not know how to use any of the functions of the Washing Machine. I'm just winging it here because of no Owners Manual or Warranty Paperwork. You pay over $1000.00 you expect to be taken care of. Period.

It arrived, earlier than expected, it looks amazing. I can't wait to use, once it's installed... Will give and updated review then, it came with hoses, Manuel, some sample laundry det. And fabric softener. Among other things to so that you can properly install it. Or they can because they will remove your old and install new one.

It isn't quite a full year as yet but this washing machine has been working as a charm since arrival. I have no major issues thus far.

The washer arrived a couple of days late but the company did arrive and delivered the washer. I set the washing machine up and so far it's great on washing cycles and saving water. The pedestal bottom makes the washing unit stand taller and easy to use the washer, the washer was easy to use and learn with the ability to switch which way you want to open your washer door when setting the washer. Not to mention the Samsung app helps track and monitor your washer remotely.
