I have been using the COSRX Master Patch Original Fit for a long time now, and it remains one of the most reliable spot treatments I keep on hand. It works best on active blemishes, especially those that have come to a head, and consistently helps reduce redness and swelling overnight. The hydrocolloid patch adheres well to clean, dry skin and creates a protective barrier that stops me from touching or picking, which alone speeds up healing. By morning, the patch usually turns opaque, showing that it has drawn out impurities, and the spot looks noticeably calmer and flatter. The mix of three sizes is practical and covers everything from small breakouts to larger hormonal spots without wasting patches. What I appreciate most is how straightforward and effective it is without irritating the skin. There is no fragrance, no stinging sensation, and it sits comfortably on the face whether used overnight or during the day at home. The patches are not completely invisible, but they are discreet enough for casual wear and far less noticeable than an inflamed spot. For the price, the performance is excellent, especially compared to more expensive alternatives that mainly act as cover rather than treatment. A small limitation is that they work best on surface-level blemishes rather than deep under-the-skin spots, but used correctly they deliver exactly what they promise. I would confidently recommend these to anyone dealing with occasional or hormonal breakouts who wants a dependable, no-fuss solution.

I love this product! When I have a spot coming or undergrad spot, I pop one of these on overnight to help bring the blemish out. The patch will turn white when it has done so, bringing the yuck to the surface. You can then gently squeeze and the stuff will come out of the spot. Leaving you with no scarring instead of squeezing the life out of spots. I don’t wear in the day as I wear makeup. These are a beauty must have! I reorder whenever I run out. The product range and quality of this brand are very good.

These adhere really well without being uncomfortable to remove on the chin, forehead, cheeks and even the temples. The mix of sizes is useful but I find myself using the larger sizes more often. They don’t fully remove/resolve the spot overnight, sometimes you need to reapply, but they definitely reduce redness and speed up healing. They are definitely visible on your face but not glaringly obvious unless you’re close-up. It’s a shame you don’t get more in a pack for the plastic packaging but they are worth it if you’re prone to breakouts (and are a spot squeezer/picker - they definitely help with the urge!).

Honestly the best pimple patches ive ever used. I have tried various brands of pimple patches ranging from all sorts of prices. Dots for spots, starface, primark and some other brands I cant even remember the name of because I picked them up in random beauty stores in my area. I have tried many many different patches and yet these are the only ones that seem to actually work. Sure, the other ones are okay for covering my spots. But they dont draw out any of the gunk in my skin. These patches however, as sick as it sounds, I love taking them off and being able to see how much it has detoxed from my face. I can use these patches 2-3 times on a huge pimple and it will be gone! Im not saying the other brands ive tried don't work, they just dont work with me it seems. These are super inexpensive and work incredibly (which makes me feel bad for buying high end patches that don't seem to work)

These stay on very well. I’m not sure they get rid of my spots but they do seem to stop them getting any worse. They seem quite expensive for what they are.

They work. Great to wear to bed or at home and stays on. You seem the puss in it when you take it off.

These are the best pimple patches on the market. They do everything they need to and don’t break the bank.

Great product but not many patches in a single sachets. Great for protecting pimples from external environment.

These pimple patches are magical my pimples disappear after 12 hours of using them.

Es un excelente producto, para esas pequeñas imperfecciones es mágico, para las imperfecciones que son un sufrimiento por problemas hormonales son una gran ayuda. Debo admitir que sí se ven, pero yo no uso maquillaje.

25euro le pack de 10 soit 2.50euro l’unité, c’est le meilleur rapport qualité prix que j’ai trouvé. J’ai découvert ce produit lors de mon voyage en Corée du Sud. C’est une excellente marque et pour avoir essayé de nombreux patch de plusieurs marques et origines, c’est mes favoris. Avantages: - rapport qualité prix - s’utilise vite donc on en a en avance - les patchs sont épais ce qui aide beaucoup pour les gens comme moi qui touchent leurs boutons toute la journée - fonctionne mieux que la majorité - plusieurs tailles pour adapter - tiens bien si la peau est sèche et propre - fait mûrir ou disparaître les boutons plus rapidement Inconvénient: - ils ne peuvent pas être portés dehors comme certains patch qui sont plus fin et donc discrets - si vous l’enlevez trop tôt, ça éclate parfois le bouton. Il faut bien nettoyer, désinfecter, laisser sécher un peu puis remettre un patch Attention à bien le changer toutes les 24h! Personnellement, je ne m’en passe plus et ça me sauve car ça empêche parfois certains kystes de sortir!
