Excellent oil for plug up nose. This spearmint oil that open up my nose when I have a cold without the feeling of eating minty gum. So natural & pure.

Use all year long!
I love everything mint! I especially loved the spearmint because it's refreshing and uplifting but not as overwhelming as peppermint smells can be. This has a sweet note, but still cool, crisp, refreshing! I think this is great for any time!
