No tiene fallas pero a nosotros NO nos sirvió este modelo por que NO ofrece la modalidad de solamente vibrar. (solamente SUENA o enciende luces, pero no vibra). Como los usamos en un cuneros de una Iglesia la modalidad de vibración es lo que necesitamos para no causar ruidos que distraigan. Compramos OTRO modelo de la misma marca que funcionó excelente

Pager pinging sounds get muffled after a couple of usage. Even goes mute at one point. Not sure if it was built in.

These also seem very difficult to program it seems very complicated it's a series of codes you have to put in whereas others you just pop the front off and with like a paperclip touch a tiny little button the number of times corresponding with the settings that you want... It's not clear af the settings will be retained if you have to transport them with the base and then have to unplug it if it will retain all of the settings you just went through and installed on esch unit it would be very nice if you could set the base to the settings you wanted and all the pagers would be set at the same time... Sadly that is just wishful thinking because each and every pager has to be paired to the base and set with the proper code settings all 16 of them and no matter what one of the alerts the main alert is a high pitch triple beep beep beep it truly is obnoxious and I can't imagine being in a dining room where three or four servers have those going off in their pocket how disruptive to dinner would that be hope this was helpful... Wish someone had spoke up about these detriments and deficiencies...... Not to mention when you want to return it it's not free they could send you just a QR code.... But no they send you a label that you have to have printed out and it cost $7 just to send it back with the printing of the label and packaging from UPS so much for free returns again I hope this is helpful I wish somebody had let me know

was so excited to get them, after 2 weeks one of the timers/beeper just stopped working, we were unable to get it to work again.
