Second, it is truly "heavy duty" so that it easily supported my heavy turkey breast with no buckling. Third, the height of the rack keeps the meat out of the lovely drippings so they were easy to scrape off the pan and add them to my gravy. Last, but definitely not least, it was a breeze to clean! I just soaked it in warm, soapy water and washed it with a gentle scrubby sponge. It looks like new for the next time. What a keeper! Review: Versatile - This rack never made it to my oven. It’s the perfect size to put under my laptop to keep it from overheating. Works great!
