I really like this cream! It feels rich but not heavy, and it absorbs nicely into my skin. My face feels soft, hydrated, and calm after using it. I’ve noticed my skin looks smoother and healthier with regular use. Great product for daily skincare - I would definitely buy it again.

I started getting dry skin around my nose in September of 2025. Shocked since I’m a serum and moisturizer girly. So Idk if it was age, fungal or some form of dermatitis but I used many products sparingly & carefully but nothing helped. Started this in December 2025 daily, morning & night. This resolved the dryness also, my forehead & frown lines are nearly gone. Skin is moisturized not greasy & cheeks glow. Looking forward to what another month can do. A little goes a long way. Trust the Korean Skin Care Process and start with Madeca cream! It hydrates beyond belief, and trust me, I'm 60, LOVE the sun, and I can feel my skin more smooth, it appears bright, healthier, and glowing. Not shiny glowing, but just healthy. And this is after only using it for one week. I put it on in the morning under my makeup and again at bedtime after I wash my face. I have not broken out in any rash, pimples or irritation. I was using the LaRoche Posay with high hopes, but I kept breaking out like a teenager. I have normal to oily skin. Not "sensitive", so yah, I'm super happy with the MADECA cream :)

The cream is nice and smooth and absorb quickly. It has a distinctive medicinal smell. As far as claimed benefits may be together with other products. It would work in time. I have been using this cream for past three weeks. I have not noticed significant difference I do not think that this is a game changer. I think your routine with retin a SPF protection serums with hyaluronic acid use regularly will be your best bet . I’m giving the cream benefit of a doubt and rating it four out of five.

The feel is luxurious. My skin eats it up and it feels hydrated and supple. It is light weight and has not caused any breakouts or irritation for me. I have very sensitive skin with rosacea and I have not had any increase in redness or inflammation. This is a great product.

It is incredibly moisturizing and really helps with redness, smells Devine and soothes the skin. Loved it. Although the price fluctuated in the span of a month since I purchased it. Not sure if I’ll be purchasing again.

Love my Madeca! Soft, soft skin, easy to apply, non greasy, creamy,(wish it was cheaper), no stain concerns, skin literally glows and looks so fresh! It really helps your skin looking moisturized.

Diese Creme wirkt erstaunlich erfrischend und unglaublich hydratisierend. Habe sie sofort ausprobiert nach Gesichtsreinigung, Toner plus 2 Seren am Abend. Experiment gelungen - Haut am Morgen glatt und erholt. Werde sie in mein übliches 'Kosmetikprogramm' integrieren. Auch für Handrücken ganz prima!

I like the product but it smells medicinal and is from China. Which I didn't know when I ordered.

Que riquísima crema, te hidrata y te deja la piel super suave. Tengo poco de usarla(1 semana) pero me ha gustado mucho el resultado. No necesitas mucha crema, con lo equivalente al tamaño de tu uña del dedo índice, basta y sobra para cara, cuello y escote .

Per me assolutamente da consigliare a soggetti con pelle matura. Sul collo è proprio fantastica perché nutre e sostiene con una forte idratazione. Su pelli giovani può risultare untuosa, ma è la caratteristica che viene esaltata su tutti i social , dunque non deve stupire. La profumazione è leggermente agrumata e molto gradevole. Il costo davvero contenuto.
