Works well for travel or the office.
Works well but a little larger in diameter than I expected.I do like how you can keep paper filters separate from metal filters.

Glad to see Aeropress is making more accessories
I recently took a trip after a long hiatus of not really going anywhere. I wanted to bring along a portable coffee setup since the place I was staying at didn't have any coffee gear. I decided to bring my Aeropress but needed a way to bring both paper and metal filters. I have the new metal filter from Aeropress, as well as one from Able Brewing from years ago. I didn't know which I preferred or needed, so I decided to bring three types. This holder is a simple affair. It's just a very short cylinder or disc with two rubber caps, one on each end. There is a different logo on each side, so you can keep track if you want. I put a metal filter on each side and stacked paper filters on top. I did have a situation where the metal filter was offset from the paper filters, and when I pushed down hard on the rubber caps, there was enough uneven pressure to cause the metal filter to bend/create ripples. This was not a big deal because it doesn't affect performance, and I was able to (mostly) straighten out the edge. However, it was really annoying. I think if they were to redesign it, I would like a less wide diameter. I think the holder is a little bit too large, with too much room for the filters to slide around and shift. I think you need to leave a little bit of room for your fingers to grab the top filter, but that's it.

I Mean... It Holds Filters
AeroPress is, by and large, one of the greatest tools for the travelling coffee enthusiast. Everything from its sturdy plastic construction to its ability to brew wonderful cups without precise input variables and techniques makes it the perfect travel companion, and AeroPress recognizes that and has been really sinking its teeth into improving further its already iconic utility. At $25 I will say that this is a very poor value. It is two pieces of branded silicone and one piece of metal. You are paying for the brand.Price gripes aside, the rest of the product is nice. The silicone is thick and sturdy, and it seals tightly. I did a water test where I placed one paper filter in each side, closed it up, and dunked it in a bowl for water for 2-3 minutes. The filters inside stayed bone dry. Impressive! The carrying capacity is quite nice. You can fit, if I had to estimate, probably 30ish paper filters in each side. This may not make it ideal as a home filter storage solution, but you are more than covered for traveling.Aside from that, there isn't much to say. It's a filter holder and it holds filters. I like the AP branded logos, but I don't like that you are basically charged the AP brand premium for a product that isn't worth $25 by its own merits.

Well made and easy to use
I agree with many other comments from other reviewers here. In many ways, this is an excellently made product. Being from the official AeroPress brand, they did not cut any corners with materials. The rubber lids on either side fit exceptionally well and are water tight in my testing. Both sides together hold a fair amount of filters, although in my testing it seems obvious that they intend for you to use one of the official reusable filters on one side and paper filters on the other. They do not seem equally sized. I think if you use both you'll find this product particularly helpful. If you're like me and want to just carry paper filters then it seems a little bit inefficient and I would have preferred a larger single holder. However, this is personal preference and not a fault in the execution of the product so I am not removing a star for this.
