I've been taking fatty15 for over a month now after reading about the compelling science behind C15:0 and research behind it's long-term health benefits. I'm generally a huge supplement-skeptic, but their endless list of papers convinced me there might be something here.The results after a few weeks have been promising. One of the first things I noticed was better sleep quality—less tossing and turning. I love Fatty15 and have been taking 2 capsules per day (one in the morning and one at bedtime) for 4 years. It has been a godsend for both me and my husband. We are both in our 80's, yet we feel so much younger. We have been very impressed by the science-based story of this supplement's discovery. It has been years in the development. Some examples of our improved health symptoms include better sleep, less napping, lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure, almost no bruises that we used to have and just enjoying life so much more. Good news/bad news. I only opened 1 packet of the 3 to be placed in the inclosed bottle. The first two days on them suppressed my appetite so well that I could have gone all day without eating, which was great because I would like to lose about fifteen pounds, but starting the third day I experienced a headache. I didn’t take these supplements while taking other medications so there was nothing I could think of that it might clash with, but I wanted to be sure so I continued taking one a day and the headaches continued with or without food. The headaches got so bad that there are 22 of 30 left because I just couldn’t continue taking them so this turned out to be a waste of money for me, NO REFUNDS HONORED HERE!

Expensive but it’s worth it. I used to have lower back pain even when I got all the right supplements from top brands like Designs For Health and Pure Encapsulations, but my problem wasn’t resolved. It’s true CoQ10 with PQQ is Mitochondria biogenesis yet when I added Fatty C15 it took me to the next level. Lower back pain is almost gone and I feel more energetic and the mood is improved a lot. If you can afford it, get it. Fatty C15 is considered now as an essential fatty acid. You can do your research on this supplement since it’s the only brand that produces this supplement in the world. With all that, in the end, I don’t recommend anyone to follow my advice until you speak with your healthcare provider to discuss if this supplement is right for you.

I have been using Fatty15 for 6 weeks now & I've noticed I have more energy everyday. I have trouble sleeping & sometimes I get 3 or 4hrs sleep but I have the energy everyday to do what I need to do. i've been taking fatty15 for about 2 months and I've really noticed a huge difference in the way I feel.first off my sleep has improved massively. This is a great product! It improves energy right away
