After a painful goodbye, Subaru Natsuki finally manages to clear the tower in the desert. Yet fate sweeps him up like a storm, sending him to a land far, far from all his comrades where a long hoped-for reunion awaits him. The joy is only momentary, however, as the girl doesnโt remember Subaru and quickly categorizes him as an enemy due to the miasma coming off him. When the girl flees, a mad chase ensues and forces Subaru deep into an unfamiliar jungle. There, he stumbles across a man who hides his face, but not his arrogance... A Good Start To A New Arc
I was excited to see what was going to happen next after the end of the last volume and Rem waking up. At first I was pretty upset with how Rem and Subaru got along, but it was later explained and it was almost a redo of a sort. Back to the original way Rem was towards Subaru back in the initial volumes. I was annoyed with how Subaru handled certain situations with Rem, but I loved his growth. He has grown and it is nice seeing him being able to take care of himself to a degree and be helpful. Actual character growth and I like the call backs the author makes to remind us of why he is the way he is now. It was nice to have Rem back and remember how overpowered she can be and how resourceful she is. It will be interesting to see based on how the book ends if she slowly regains her memories. I have a theory on why Greed is there, but I will unfortunately have to wait till May to continue this amazing story. This volume did not disappoint and I did enjoy the introduction of a new male character and the tribe inspired by Amazon forest. It is a nice sense of diversity that is refreshing to see and I love how he brings every culture and group alive in his works. This is definitely worth the pick up if you have read the other volumes.

It's good but the TL rate is way to slow
I really enjoyed reading this, but the rate it takes for these volumes to come out is way too slow compared to where the light novel is at in japanese (somewhere in the upper 40's i think while we are at 26 which means it will be YEARS before we ever possibly catch up) I really want to support the author and will probably have to find another way to do it.
