Buy it
This machine has changed my life. I love it. We don't really buy coffee out and about anymore because we can make lattes at home. Takes a little bit of a learning curve but once you spending all your free time studying the art of pulling at shot at home, you'll be fine. Definitely takes practice but I love this machine. One of the luxuries I am the most grateful for.

Definitely recommend this espresso maker!
We had an issue with the grinder getting bogged down. They send an extra one when you purchase, but we reached out to let them know and this company has excellent customer service! The espresso machine has been great, takes a little dialing in to learn how to pull shots and understand how different beans need different grinds, etc, but the machine is easy to use, easy to clean. steam wand works great, large reservoir, fits on the counter under our overhead cabinets, good size hopper. We are loving it! The only thing they could do better is improve their instructions for cleaning and moving through the various screens. but we're getting it all figured out

Issues
I bought 2 of these machines for my coffee trailer business. 1 works great but the second one just randomly shoots water out of the frother. Grinding beans....shoots water, not touching it....starts shooting water! Throws error code E01, return steam knob to the off position, it is off! When I try to froth and have knob to steam ready...it starts shotting water but when I turn it to steam, it stops working! I did reach out to casabrew support and they were AMAZING!! They helped me out and were very patient and understanding!! I have been using Casabrew in my coffee trailer for going on 3 years and will continue to use them!

Compact, stylish, and easy to use. It brews rich shots with smooth crema and the steam wand makes café-quality lattes. Cleanup is quick, and it fits perfectly on my counter. Great value for anyone wanting barista-level coffee at home.

Cheap but works really well
Got this a a cheap alternative to expensive Italian units ($2000+) to see how well we would like making our own espresso but it performs just as well (based on various friends espresso makers). Won’t need to go more expensive route. Really happy with it.

Had to return.
This product was returned. The grinder threw coffee grounds all over and no matter how the grind was adjusted & tamped, the pressure never got over 3! Underextracted. I liked the design so well that I ordered another 5700 pro. Hopefully it will perform better.
