Life changing 🙏🏽
My daughter has a TbI and sundowners which affects her sleep every night! this product has been a prayer answered. it’s amazing!. Overpriced and ineffective. Do not waste your money. The company deletes negative reviews, so their rating looks better than it should. Google them online from verified review websites and it’s much lower.

Excellent but pricey
This product was recommended as one that has the best absorption, really helpful if you have absorption issues as I do. It works great but it’s very pricey in my opinion. Wish it was more affordably priced.

Keeps me Hydrated and adds 3 types of Magnesium
I bought this for a couple of reasons. I don't drink enough water during the day because I don't get thirsty and don't care for plain water. So I bought this. It is not real sweet and the lemon taste is light. I leave the package sitting out & it's bright yellow lemon on dark blue gets my attention. I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm getting extra Magnesisum & staying hydrated.

Sugar Free-contains monk fruit
May be a good product. It says Sugar Free, yet contains Monk fruit. As someone who cannot physically tolerate sugar, the monk fruit gave me a reaction. Then I saw the fine print saying Monk fruit. Disappointed as it came highly recommended.
