So excited to have this Alert System. The customer service is AMAZING with Family First Alert. I barely had hit order and Michael had already called to make sure the device was sent ASAP and already set up to use out of the box. I also love that there was no contract to sign and is just month to month with a very reasonable fee. Since having it, there have been no issues with it staying connected. The battery is easy to keep charged while sitting since it doesn't affect the battery life to charge in short intervals rather than having to stay on a charger until fully charged. I highly recommend this Medical Alert System and the peace of mind it gives.

After much comparison among other medical Alert devices we decided to go with this company and so glad we did. They are a family owned operation, I even called multiple times to ask or clarify questions we had and they always answered with care, compassion and understanding.. Our elder Mother accidently hit the button while at t he Bank the other day and right away someone came on and asked her if she was okay, her response " it works!" Lol.. We bought two one for our elder father and mother..

This medical alert is lightweight & unobtrusive which makes it easy for my mother in law to wear. Charging the device is super simple too. The best part? Calling the number and getting Michael! No phone tree or complicated voicemail. My mother in law is easily confused but this whole process with the alert necklace has been a breeze. It’s also given us the peace of mind we need since we live many states away.

I got this device for my mother who loves to hike with her large dog, but is on blood thinners. This device gives us all peace of mind. Family First Alert is a friendly company that is easily contacted by phone and very attentive to their customers and their families! We really like the care hub, too. Up to 4 loved ones can log in and see her information (battery life, falls, steps, GPS, etc.). The icing on top is the lovely rose gold color and the magnetic necklace closure!

We have tried many different devices and company’s. This is simply the best! It’s user friendly and easy for my grandma to use. Michael is very compassionate, caring and is always very pleasant and willing to help with any questions or concerns we may have. We now feel at ease knowing our grandma is protected. What is the number one risk for seniors? Fall risk. What is only included for an additional $5 a month? Fall protection. I'm losing hope on these devices. I'm not buying this one.
