Unisom SleepTabs, Nighttime Sleep-aid, Doxylamine Succinate, 80 Tablets

started using Unisom SleepTabs on nights when my mind wouldn’t shut off or after rough travel days. One tablet about 30 minutes before bed usually helps me fall asleep faster and stay asleep through the night. It’s straightforward — no weird taste since I swallow it with water, and the small size is easy to take. The next morning I feel rested without that heavy hangover some other sleep aids leave. It’s been reliable for occasional use when I really need to reset my sleep. One thing I’ve noticed is that if I take it too late or combine it with other things, the drowsiness can carry over a bit into the morning. I stick to using it only when necessary and give myself a full night’s sleep. These are a good option for adults who need short-term help with occasional sleeplessness and don’t want melatonin or something that builds tolerance quickly. Not ideal if you have to wake up very early or are sensitive to antihistamines.

These are perfect, very small size and I just take one when I really need to get back on my sleeping schedule, wife takes it when she has a stressful day. Definitely helps to easy to sleep and I don’t feel out of it the next morning which is a plus. I definitely want to say it’s strong but not overly especially if you not relying on them every night this is fantastic choice. They don’t taste like nothing and easy to go down with water. Been super helpful to both of us when we need it.

These are easy to take and the value size is convenient to have on hand. They worked well for occasional sleepless nights, but I would definitely suggest starting when you know you have enough time to sleep since they can leave you feeling a little groggy the next morning.

I take 3/4 of a pill every night and have for about 2 years. Otherwise I will be up until 3am. I usually feel refreshed in the morning and have no side effects.

My sleep schedule has been extremely bad lately. My normal bedtime has been around 3–5 AM, so I decided to try this medication for the first time. I was honestly surprised because it knocked me out a little after 1 AM, which is much earlier than usual. However, I did notice some side effects. Throughout the night, I woke up a few times after having vivid dreams. The biggest issue, though, was the next morning. Even after getting about 8 hours of sleep, I woke up feeling extremely tired, almost like I had a hangover. I normally only feel that way when I’ve slept 3–4 hours. After looking into it, I learned that the 25 mg dose may simply be too strong for me, especially considering I’m 5’1” and 105 lbs. I’m going to try sleeping without it tonight, but if I need it again, I’ll try half a tablet (12.5 mg) instead. I’ll update this review if I take it again. UPDATE: I’m 105 lbs and 5’1 I broke it in a half and took another last night, I slept about 7 hours, I woke up a bit tired but not as much as before. I did not have any dreams and actually slept much better than the first time I took it.

I use unison quite a bit for my insomnia and I prefer the doxylamine to diphenhydramine. It is very effective to help you fall asleep and is strong enough to give a good nights sleep and I don’t feel groggy the next day .

I absolutely love these tablets! I’m 5’3” and weigh 215–220 lbs., and they work great for me. I’m a truck driver who occasionally does team runs, so I need to be able to fall asleep when it’s my co-driver’s turn behind the wheel. I also take a weight-loss medication that can keep my mind racing, and these tablets help me wind down and fall asleep with no problem. They’re easy to take with no noticeable taste, they’re gentle on my stomach, and they offer excellent value for the money considering how many tablets come in the bottle. I’ll definitely continue buying them!

Works great for me. I’m 5’3 147 lbs and I realized it’s better when I only take 1/2 pill. Full dose makes me wake up groggy. Works great and easy to break since the pill is scored.
