Great cook book
Nice cook book with breakfast, lunch dinner and meat free meals. Easy to follow for a beginner in healthy living

Very Disappointing
I bought this book because it states that it uses UK measurements and ingredients - it doesn't in every recipe. Zucchini, I can cope with but there were lots of others that I had no idea what they were. It also talks about 'cups' of ingredients which is what I was hoping to avoid.There were also various pieces of equipment that were necessary that I don't possess - Dutch Ovens and Broilers, for example.Additionally, I was very surprised to see that a lot of the recipes served 8-10 people and as I am cooking for one and there was no indication if any of the recipes could be frozen, was pretty useless.I have requested a refund.

Very good book for beginners, got this book for my son and he really likes it
