Sonically, with a slight eq tweak ir aftermarket parametric eq, these compete pretty well with buds in the 200 dollar range. They are very comfortable, and the passive isolation is better than some active noise cancelation I've heard. Transparency mode is slightly muffled, but good enough. They're like the Jabra Elite 8 Active Gen 2's baby brother in many ways, look, feel, functionality. These sound better than Sony's brand new WF-C710 that they've just released. Much better, in fact, though they are more balanced and lack the bass that the c710s have. That would be my only gripe. Of course, I wish the call quality was better, but what so you expect from a 50 dollar pair of earbuds? They can't do it all, but if you want a throw in your bag or purse pair of earbuds that are comfortable and have quite possibly the best sound in the sub $150 bracket, I'd say you should give these a shot.

I’m a big Sony fan, but these headphones take comfort and fit to a whole new level. The sound quality is excellent—just what I was looking for, especially since I didn’t want noise-canceling. The 11 hour charge is nice for a full day of work and then some. The only thing I wish they had is GPS, because I’m always misplacing them!

Easy and comfortable to use, good battery life (at the moment). Delivery quick. Its a pity that the manual included needs a microscope to read.

Beyond sound quality, bass and all that I just want my earbuds to connect! Just connect! Right away or with half a second delay. Connect to Spotify, connect to a phone call once it’s in, connect to YouTube. Just connect. This one stopped connecting after a week so it’s just a worthless piece of plastic on its way back to Amazon. Very disappointing Sony.

Fantastic value for money. This is my second pair in 6 months, my son adopted the first pair after his no-name Chinese ones broke down. I got these mainly for remote working, but the sound quality listening to music with a high fidelity playback BT codec under Linux is surprisingly good. The earbuds seal out a lot of sound, I don't feel the need for the noise cancelling version. Battery life is great.

Fantastisch!!! Schade, dass ich diese Earbuds nicht früher entdeckt habe. Sie machen für den Preis einen sehr wertigen Eindruck, der Sound ist ok, aber vor allem heben sie sich durch folgende Faktoren von der China-Wegwerfkonkurrenz ab: + Das Ladecase ist überdurchschnittlich klein und handlich. Und trotzdem hält das Case die Ladung extrem gut. Ich konnte trotz - auf dem Papier - kürzerer Gesamtspieldauer bereits viel mehr aus Case und Earbuds herausholen, als bei meinen vorherigen Anker Soundcore mit angeblich 40h Spieldauer. + Die haptischen Tasten lassen sich auch ohne spezielle Handschuhe, im Skihelm, unter einer Mütze,.... also eigentlich immer super bedienen. Der Druckpunkt ist so, dass man dabei die Buds nicht zwangsläufig tiefer in den Gehörgang drückt. + Sie fühlen sich bequemer an, als Buds mit Ohrmuschelflügeln. Erst war ich skeptisch, ob sie beim Sport gleich gut im Ohr halten, aber mittlerweile sehe ich das Fehlen ebensolcher als Vorteil an: Ohrmuschelflossen leiern mit der Zeit aus und können Druckschmerzen erzeugen. Die Sony Earbuds wiederum sind so leicht und passgenau, dass sie ohne derartige Sollbruchstellen auskommen. + Die kostenlose App zum Customizen der Earbuds tut, was sie soll. + Die Verpackung kommt komplett ohne Kunststoff aus. Nice! Made in Vietnam, auch schön. Japanischer Konzern - ist mir auch lieber, als die Chinesen 🙏🏻 Man könnte eventuell das fehlende USB Ladekabel bekriteln. Davon habe ich aber dank reihenweise defekter China Earbuds mehr als genug zu Hause herumliegen. Gerne wieder Sony!

I am overall very pleasantly surprised at the quality of these vs the relatively low price point. I bought them to replace Apple ear buds that inevitably broke just out of warranty and honestly they are better.

Initially, I used WF-C500 for a few years and loved their simplicity, good sound and battery life. Sadly, I ended up losing one bud and decided to invest in WF-C700N earlier this year. Despite the price tag, I really disliked C700N! Connection to devices were spotty, battery didn't last very long and sound was nothing special. So last month, I saw WF-C510 was on sale and decided to try it out. I ended up loving C510! It feels like an improved C500. The case feels a bit thinner, lighter and cheaper but honestly, I hurt myself opening and closing C500 since it was pretty robust and snappy so C510's lighter case is nice. Admittedly, I'm no audiophile so I can't say anything technical about sound but music sounds great to me! Highly recommend WF-C510 for the casual listener! Edit: Almost a year and a half later, and these earbuds are still great! However like many others have mentioned, the button controls are pretty annoying. But I usually just use my phone for volume control or changing the song, anyway. If you don't have easy access to the device you're using the earbuds with (like when you're exercising) this might be a deal breaker for you!

Really impressed with these earbuds. They’re small and lightweight, so they sit comfortably in the ears even for long periods, no irritation or slipping during workouts. Sound quality is clear with solid bass for the size, and Bluetooth connection has been stable with no dropouts. Battery life is decent and easily gets me through daily use. Simple to use, reliable, and great value overall. Perfect if you want good-quality wireless earbuds without spending a fortune.
