It was time to upgrade my old grater from the 80s, you know the one! I saw this, and knew I had to test it out! This thing is awesome! You can grate all of your favorite things with this! And WOW is it easy to use!What I like this:1. The Grater Options! It comes with 3 options for grating your foods. The first is a fine shred. That is on one grater, then there is coarse and ribbon shred, and those are both together. At first I thought that might be a pain, but after using it, it was easy as could be!2. Seal, Store, and Done! So this has a lid with an airtight seal on it, you can grate your foods, and then cover the grate part with the secondary lid that comes with it. This is going to keep all your foods fresh!3. It's GLASS! Yes the main part of the container is glass. It has a silicone non slip bottom that can come off, and then the top is plastic. I love that the main part is glass!4. Easy to clean! This entire thing is dishwasher safe! That is always a win in my book!Things I Don't Like:1. 2 Parts for Grating. I would have loved it this would have just had the one part, and not two separate ones. I understand why there are two, but I feel like one is going to get lost in my cabinet!2. Plastic Lid: I would have preferred this to be all glass, but that's just my personal preference.In conclusion, this is a really nice grater. It's sturdy, it didn't slide around on my counter, it's dishwasher safe, and it's far better then my old 1980s grater for sure!

This cheese grater is everything that I could’ve asked for. I love more than anything that it is glass because I am such a sucker for glass Tupperware style items. I love that it is a built-in cheese grater with a cover that also can seal in freshness and freshly grated cheeses and keep them fresh. I love that you could put food in here put the cheese grater on and then grate cheese on top of your food there are so many possibilities.I needed a cheese grater pretty badly and I was holding off on getting one because I’m so used to the handheld ones that are square and have different types of grater on each size and this one really changes the game on what a cheese grater is. I absolutely cannot wait to use this item. I feel like I am always using cheese and always needing a cheese grater but now I don’t have to buy shredded cheese because this item is so sturdy and so wonderful. The only thing I can’t speak on right now because I’m not near it is whether or not it’s something that can go in the dishwasher but even so it’s not a determining factor for me

I have purchases preshredded veggies {carrots, etc.} for years because I HATE using graters- I don't think I've ever used one without skinning my finger a bit and I don't have to tell you that's not something I want to do. I also absolutely despise the mess they usually make, with a mountain of your ingredient left behind and spilling all over when you move the grater. This fixes both of those problems, giving a way safer and more comfortable way to grate the cheese, veggies, etc. as well as keeping all of those ingredients contained nicely until you're ready for them, then giving you an easy way to dump them out. This is seriously a must-have for any home chef.
