Comfortable and when cut to size stayed in place in shoes.

Good but bit too narrow

Not good for me am diabetic they are too tight

Nothing negative to say. They are gel, you cut to size (use old insole as a template if possible) and they work well. Not too thick but thick enough to cushion and shock absorb. I have osteoarthritis in my knees so these are life savers for me and at this price can afford to put in most of my footwear.

They did feel weird at the start but then it was soooooo comfortable that i didn't want to take my shoes off :) Thank you :)
