Clock hands have a protective film. I wish that clock face should also have protective film for extra protection. The clock arms were protected with plastic cap which has residue left over on clock’s face even after cleaning. Also I wish a glass on top for easy cleaning and 3D numbers for more enhanced look. I also wish little bars in between numbers for more accurate time. But thats my preference. Nothing to deal with quality. People who claim that their clock not working is because the needles stick together during handling which can be adjusted with soft hand adjustments to create a gap between three arms as needed. It also requires little push to start in clockwise manner. I suggest for accurate time, move all arms manually to one place for instance 12,0 Clock than insert batteries and adjust the time from back side. It Gives an accurate time. Quiet. Worth money. A pleasant and an expensive look gift in affordable price for you or your friends and family. Seller is responsive and I have a happy experience.
