My mom and my sister both have really bad migraines and I got one of these for each of them and in my sister is taking hers out of the package and she put it on her face immediately she was like oh my God honey you have to try this so her husband tried it on and was like oh my God these are like amazing and they're not even in the freezer yet and she's like I know they're already kind of cold even out of the package my dad's like I want to try it! So he tried it and was like wow you know what the weight of this the coolness of this I could just pull it down to my mouth and just like relax back take a nap he's gone in like 30 seconds flat she's like I know right? I said if you put them in the freezer they're supposed to be like nice and cool and they last for a couple hours and my sister was like oh no they're great just like this although yeah you want to put them in the freezer cuz they will be colder but they're already kind of cool right now out of the package which is saying a lot that these are at least seemingly good quality already. Well I'm going to take it that they were really well received good value for the money they don't stink and they already were raving about headache relief and making you pass out quickly take a nap quick the whole nine yards just from the few seconds they were wearing them out of the box so I think that it's worth it go get yourself one my dad even said he might have to buy himself one and I'm thinking about buying myself one too cuz I get really bad migraines sometimes. So I recommend them.

I got this cap for my wife, since she entered her fifties she's been suffering a bit from migraines brought about by menopause. Usually this occurs at the end of the day right before bedtime, so needless to say it has caused her considerable difficulty in sleeping. So far it has worked as advertised in alleviating the headaches, they seem to subside, but an added benefit is it has stopped her hot flashes. In the past, she would get a few hot flashes at night, kick off her covers (usually on top of me) and we'd both be awake. But since the cap, she has had fewer onsets of hot flashes. I even bought her a second cap to switch them out if one gets to warm. Thankfully, we are both now sleeping through the night. If have been suffering from hot flashes, I can say this has really helped my wife with that and her headaches have subsided.

I bought this to deal with a migraine I was battling. I found holding my head gave me some comfort, but who wants to hold their own head for hours? A friend suggested a migraine hat, so I rushed off to Amazon and ordered this. It's just snug enough but if you need it even tighter, a gaiter over top will do. The fabric is silky smooth and washable. The filler is some magical foam of sorts. I didn't need to place in fridge to cool it. After 15 minutes off my head, it "reset" itself to cool again.Now for the other discovery: I'm in menopause and this seems to help with the hot flashes at night too, at least for a little while, yet enough to ride through and fall back to sleep.It covers the eyes sufficiently to also act as a sleep mask. I used it to take a nap on the couch in the middle of the afternoon.Would make a nice addition to a self care gift basket.

pretty decent dupe for half the price of the OG. However the original hungovr af one is softer material and stays cooler a little longer. Still helps my migraines a lot though just a tiny bit scratchy!

This is my third one I can’t say enough good things about this. I’ve had migraines since I was five years old. I would suggest anyone that gets them by this.

This is really nice, it can help to sleep better, I used it cold when I go to sleep. Next morning I feel more comfortable.My personal opinion is better to use this then the conventional.

Works great stays cold for awhile, if you have a small head , it's not very compressable

I am unsure. I'm pleased with this. I get severe migraines but I need it to stay cold and it smelled funky it smelled funky!! I also have to get Botox injections because my migraines are so bad so I thought okay. I won't put it so close to my nose. I'll use it. Just a place on my jaw and the back of my head I mean and I was constantly having to put it in the freezer if I got 10 minutes of it staying cold miracle so I'm not really sure I could recommend it and there's no way I could slip it over my head with that smell!
