Approved by a grilled cheese lover
Get it just for the grilled cheeses alone, does a phenomenal job making them and they're absolutely delicious!

Worked great, but broke after three month
The waffle maker worked great. It heated up quickly, and the cooking was consistent. However, somehow my daughter managed to break the snaps the plates snap into. I still gave it four stars, because it's user fault that it broke, but I also feel that it could be stronger to not snap off. Otherwise, a great all around sandwich maker, which will be purchased again.

Love pressed sandwiches
This works great! I've used it to make waffles and pressed sandwiches so far. It's worked for both, I haven't had a chance to do the sandwich maker yet, but my kids have. They've made mostly grilled cheese with it (varying types of cheese), and a few peanut butter, honey, and banana sandwiches, which I've been assured were delightful, and I didn't have to clean anything, so obviously that went well too. We've had an abundance of basil in the garden this year, so we've been making caprese sandwiches using the grill plates. Hot enough to get a good crispy toast on the bread, but doesn't overcook the fresh mozzarella, burrata cheeses, or the basil leaves. My son has done a few BLT sandwiches, he does the bacon first, then give the whole sandwich a bit of a toast. We've done waffles several times, plain, blueberry, apple, and banana. It handles the fruit nicely.Easy to clean as well, I do handwash the plates, hot soapy water melts most everything off, and I let them air dry while I wash the rest of the dishes, they're mostly dry by the time I'm done, I give them a final wipe and put them away. I use a small organizer made for cutting boards to hold the plates, and then store the maker on its side. Doesn't take up much room, so I'm ok with another appliance, especially one that means I don't have to cook as much.

Super Simple to Use and Clean Up - I Can Remove and Wash Those Plates
I hate anything that is complicated, hard to clean, or takes up space to store. This 3-in-1 sandwich maker is none of that. I LOVE IT!I had another 3-in-1 panini maker very similar to this before, but I couldn’t bring it when I moved out. Since then, it has been on my wish list, and I wasn’t disappointed at all. This sandwich maker is super easy and simple to use. And it’s very versatile. It makes two hot sandwiches (or waffles/paninis or one good-sized steak), so it's smaller and lighter than other electric grills. Not only that, but you can stand it to store it. This is a huge point for me as I have many small kitchen appliances. I can just slide this in between or behind my pressure cooker and slow cooker. And this one has a cord wrapper too.But my must-have feature is the removable plates. Sure, many are non-stick, but I MUST have removable plates to hand wash them.To take a few photos, I made a ham and cheese sandwich. I plugged it in, and while it pre-heated the plates, I assembled my sandwich. Instead of coating the plates with oil or butter, I spread some mayo outside of my bread and placed the sandwich in the maker. After three minutes, it was ready. Just look at my photos! It was oh-so yummy!I usually let the plates cool down while I eat BUT if I see melting cheese or something, I’ll wipe it off with a paper towel right away. I’ve learned a hard lesson by leaving the melting cheese when I first got my first panini press (the one I had before this one). It took me like 30 minutes to clean… Other than that, remove the plates once they are cool to the touch and wash them. It’s really easy to clean. Oh, but the edges of the plates are pretty rough, so be careful.I’m so happy to get this new sandwich maker. And yes, this is definitely a must have!

Easy to clean
So far so good but I noticed once I was cooking my second set it took longer to cook, I wonder if that’s how it’s suppose to be, it does take about 3+ minutes for it to cook and maybe 3more to get toasty and golden

toasted waffles
The trays pop out easily to change between the different plates/options for whatever you are cooking – it heats up nicely and quickly (it does not have a power button, plugging it in is powering it on) – but, I do like the simplicity of all of it – meaning that there is not a lot to break here / just a heating element and the shell itself. It’s user friendly / and does a great job. A+ -- thank you !

nice to use
Great to use for waffles, easy to clean the plates. If the batter goes outside the plates like it often does, it can be a pain to clean that up, but all in all, this is a nice set.The plates can easily be switched between waffle and panini maker, and it makes excellent sandwiches.

Useful for the Whole Family
My dad is a steak/grill guy, I am a pocket-sandwich guy, and mom is a waffle woman... and this ONE device serves all of us! Love the conveniently interchangeable plates. They are easy to swap out and makes cleaning so much easier. So far, we have experienced consistent heating and grilling with everything we've made. It is somewhat of a learning experience, as far as how much batter to use or how much you can stuff a sandwich before it just gets messy, but that is with any product of this type. This is made for convenience and portability and is a very fair price as a 3-in-1. One shortcoming is that it doesn't have a built-in timer or auto-shut off, but for this price-range and the features it does offer, it's not a big deal. We still have an old-school oven and have to use the microwave or Alexa as our timer, so it's not inconvenient, would just be an added plus. Highly recommend for home, camping, or even road trips!
