I purchased the orient immersion rod on Amazon but product is defective so I demand the replacement item because it is in warranty product today I received the replacement item from Delhivery Pvt. Ltd third party company they demanded the Contract number, signature and aadhar card number.I gave them the contact number and signature but I denied to gave them the aadhar card number because as per company policy aadhar card number was not necessary. The delivery partner Sushant and her senior shreelakesh they told me that addhar card number is mandatory because of company policy if I can't gave they take the product back ,so I contacted Orient Electric company representatives told me that no need to gave them the aadhar card number,due to I opened the product for safety purpose to check they can't take back but they say thier representative came to evening for the number as per this situation what to do why third party needed the government ID number for verification need detailed explanation on that. If something misuse happened who take the responsibility, why customer need to take that much stress and fear for the asking rightful things!
