AnySharp Pro Metal Knife Sharpener, PowerGrip Suction, Wolfram

It took me a short while to get the angle of my knives right to then drag them correctly through the centre of this gadget. There's kind of a wrong sound and a right sound to the metal sliding through the sharpener but once I'd got the hang of it..... Just wow! I'm so happy to have sharp knives again. It makes slicing and chopping a breeze. I will say that every time I use the suction pad to fix it in position, I dab the base on a wet sponge which cleans the pad and gives it a tight glue like grip. Absolutely love this kitchen essential. Can't really recommend it enough but like I said, it takes quite a few goes to get the sliding motion right and get used to it so that instead of damaging the knives it just gives a perfect new blade edge.

Girlfriend hated it and thought it was a gimmick until I showed her how to use it properly and all of a sudden tomatoes could be cut without crushing them! Difficult to get it to sit on a surface and lock in but once you have found that one place it’s brilliant. Read the instructions about how to use it and direction and it’s perfect.

Solid build quality, and sticks well to my worktop. First use sharpened my Robert Welch knife set and my penknife. Only took 10 to 12 passes and back to super sharp. Hopefully the sharpener lasts for a good number of passes. Recommend

Excellent knife sharpener. Easy and a joy to use. My knives are as sharp now as when I originally bought them.

This sharpening item was not expensive, but WOW does it do the trick! All my knives now are extremely sharp so you have to be extra careful. When you first use your knife after sharpening it you will feel it slice through like butter! Very impressive!

As others have stated in large numbers, the suction pad is useless. It makes it dangerous. The blade cutter however is good. Small improvement required.

This is a great item! I was not sure if it would be any good as its so small and having purchase knife sharpeners in the past, all have left me and my knifes feeling rather dull. What a blessing to at last find one that does actually work and it has brought a new sence of joy to my chopping! Even onions that in the past have left me in tears are diced and sliced with little effort! It sticks to my counter top really well and when not In use it lives on my fridge as its suction pads are very strong.

Liten, lättanvänd, skärper knivarna mycket bra.

Me ha encantado, afila de maravilla, y es pequeñito para guardarlo en cualquier sitio. La ventosa se pega de maravilla y no se mueve. De momento muy contento con la compra

Small in size yet clever design, good quality and surprisingly versatile. gr8 value for money and portable.
