Good for hearing aid users.
I bought this for a specific reason. I am a hearing aid user and when cycling I get lots of wind buffeting noise from my hearing aids. I needed something that could fit over the hearing aid microphones without reducing their performance. So far it’s been great. I live on the coast and there is often a strong breeze. Over the past few days I’ve been out in 10-15 mph winds and the cap has worked really well. It’s comfortable and I am pretty sure it will keep my hearing aids dry in wet weather.

Thin, comfortable cap, helmet friendly
This cap let’s keep head and ears warm when cycling. The material is warm and comfy and there are small cuts where the ears go to reduce muffling sounds which is good in traffic. The stitching is consistent.

Too small
Bought for the colder weather, but a bit disappointed as the cap slips when worn but also slightly too small. Material a bit too thin.

Tested by a bald man in 4°C weather. Fantastic, warm and breathable!
As a bald man who loves going out for bike rides in winter I feel I'm somewhat qualified to share my experiences with this cap. It is amazing. It's thin, breathable, and really makes a difference. I've taken it out on rides of over an hour in 4°C weather and the difference with and without is night and day.Without, the wind chills my head (and ears) to the point of headaches (as helmets tend to channel airflow over the head). With the cap on, my head has a wind shield without blocking moisture evaporation. And it keeping it on doesn't feel sweaty (at least it hasn't in autumn/winter).It's machine washable at 40°C, and made from 67% polyester, 26 Polyamide and 7% SpandexFor me, this has allowed me to go on longer rides in the winter, and kept my head from freezing windchill headaches.

Fits like a dream, keeps my ears warm
Prior to Vine, I had never heard of ROTTO as a supplier of cycling gear. I had a quick Google and still couldn't find out much about them (other than listings on Amazon). Some might dismiss them due to this, but I think that would be a mistake.I have now had three or four products from ROTTO, and not one of the products has been disappointing, uncomfortable, or has prematurely failed. In fact, some padded cycling shorts I have had are amongst the most comfortable I have worn, but for 1/3 of the price of the well-known brand. This performance continues with this skull cap. Supplied in a bland plastic bag, this is a humble item but it does exactly what it says it does. It is nicely understated in looks, and as one size fits all, it is elasticated. It fits me very well, and as it is thin, it sits nicely underneath my cycling helmet. As it is getting colder, there are two things I dislike when riding my bike: cold feet and cold ears. This is 50% of the problem sorted. Also supplied is a card with material mix, manufacturing, and care instructions. I have a feeling this will need much washing, so that is appreciated!
