This is great for many cutting tasks, with the convenience of being battery powered.
The media could not be loaded. I'm a big fan of battery powered tools, since power cables tend to get tangled up and in the way. This circular saw is great for many cutting tasks, with the convenience of being battery powered! It's not too heavy, the handle is easy to hold, and the battery life indicator is a nice feature. The blade cut smoothly, and it wasn't as loud as expected.

Great little saw
This is a great little saw that is lighter than my bigger circular saw. It’s also battery operated, just needing a MAKITA battery. It comes with a blade and a socket wrench that fits the nut holding the blade in place.Saw has helpful arrow on the housing to ensure the blade is installed correctly. Saw can tilt to 45 degrees for angle cuts. No big issues with this saw - I have cut 2x4s as well as 3D printed wall panels (plastic). However, when tilting the saw to 45 degrees, part of the saw rubs against the material which resulted in gouges in the piece. Fortunately I was using scrap to test, so I know the limitation.
