Absolute garbage, worthless junk that doesn't work and even worse customer service from a company that doesn't get back to you in a timely fashion to address issues. Spent a thousand dollars after taxes and the thing doesn't work. They're going to check their time and hold on to your money too so think about this purchase before you make it you might get stuck

Used it 1 time and now it will not charge and the electric connection does not work. I have followed the protocol to contact the company for support and they will not respond. Terrible product and no customer service.

Very nice, Sound quality karaoke machine. The only complaint, is no volume control for the music to control the loudness of the music. You have to stop the music and go to setting to lower the music volume. Only the microphone has on board volume control at the back of the unit. It could be nice if there is a volume control, back or in front of the unit.

Mic doesn't work , the sounds turn off and on, while singing, it sounds like a choppy phone call with poor signal. Customer service no help. No reply at all.

I purchased this because a family member had brought it to a house party, and after using it, i just HAD to have one of my own! I would recommend this product to anyone, This is portable, you can take it to any party and with the screen attached, you don't even need to connect to TV to enjoy it. You can turn on the music note if you'd like to play an instrument along. This is the best karaoke I've owned and top quality.
