A good base for a pudding
Easy to prepare. It's not a particularly strong flavour on its own. I added a decent glug of whisky and that was very nice. I think drambuie or cointreau will be next, with a fruit coulis. Add chocolate and pour on boozy black cherry for a black forest dessert. The people who have complained seem to lack imagination with it.

The best panna cotta mix
Although a bit more pricey from Amazon than my wholesaler, this was well worth ordering because it is a lovely flavour and never fails to be perfect every time. We made 7 individual portion desserts per litre. ( Also remember to try the same brand crème brûlée, which is also excellent!!)
