Wow, bought this on black friday for $30 bucks! It has wildly surpassed my expectations! It is compact, heats up evenly and quickly, does the cooking job very nicely, and is super easy to clean. I honestly did not anticipate the build quality and performance for that small amount. I can cook bacon and eggs in 3 minutes, clean and store the griddle in another 1 minute... Makes me wonder if I will ever use my stove top again.

This grill is nice! We had a different one before that was getting old, so we got this one. Good quality. Works great. Would buy again.

This electric griddle has lived up to every expectation I had when I ordered it. The heating is complete all across the various surfaces. The large cooking area is great to be able to fix large meals when we have family over. The nonstick surface has been great amongst all of the things I have fixed.

I would give zero stars if I could. For a couple of months it worked perfectly. I didn't use it often, maybe once a week to cook breakfast. Then on the third month I noticed that the griddle remained warm after cooking, even after being turned off. I didn't think much of it at first and thought that perhaps it just took longer to lose heat. Nope, it turns out, I can plug the griddle, put the heat setting to OFF and start cooking on it! How did I find out? My preteen daughter who wanted to cook some eggs on the griddle plugged it in, set it to off, came back to it a few min later, touched it before turning the unit on, and screamed "HOT!!!" immediately. I contacted the company, sent all the purchase info and sent a video to prove it. They responded right away, apologized and wanted to unit mailed to them so that their engineers could figure out what went wrong. I packed it in a box and shipped it as they asked and was promised that they would give me a refund or a new unit without any problems. They wanted to know when the unit was shipped to their headquarter in Bentonville AR. Okay, sure. I sent them an email as soon as it was shipped. I got a notification that it was delivered. Then...crickets. I sent them emails asking for a refund or a new unit and there is no response. I've never encountered a worse customer service in my life. So in short, I got to use their dangerous griddle for a short time for what, $60? Save your money and look elsewhere.

The good: Cooking surface is smooth; part of why I chose this brand was to avoid textured surfaces. Fairly even heat. Made decent pancakes. The bad: Light on temp probe doesn't work. The temp setting is off by 100 degrees. Just find the spot that works and ignore the number. Paid for new, but it seemed like an open box return. Packaging was just a little off, ya know? Everything was clean, but looked like it had been heated up before, could see some burn in on the surface where the element sits.
