Love these, finally, a hydration water powder that is free of additives, colors and artificial flavors.

I run ultramarathons and this is now my go to electrolyte drink. The individual packets are easy to carry in a pack and easy to add to a water flask on the go. It is likely less expensive to buy the bag of loose electrolyte powder with a scoop but I will always buy the packets for the ease of use during long runs and races. The lime is my favorite flavor but the others are fine too. I used to battle a lot of nausea after 60-70 miles and these have really helped with that.

A little too much sugar for my liking, but if you’re an athlete, this product is great. It doesn’t taste the best, like watered down lemonade, but it gets the job done. I am a runner and the sugar is beneficial for when I am actually running, so I don’t see it as a downside.

Read excellent review of these hydration packets and they didn’t disappoint. They are delicious. Loved the lemon-lime flavor! Used them on a hiking trip out west in the 100 degree heat, and they were an absolute lifesaver. Dump them in a bottle of water and you’re good to go!

I think this is the best electrolyte drink mix that you can use. I believe it's similar to the profile of your sweat which leaves your body, so I like that it keeps that consistency for your body especially during hot days. I'm a tennis player so I've had products that made me crash, cramp, and I've never experienced it with this. I do think the lemon lime is the best flavor of Skratch. There are a couple that are fine, and there is one flavor, though I can't remember which one, that is pretty awful. If you're looking for something similar to Gatorade, you won't get that here, but that's not good for you anyway. This is the best for performance+taste in my book. If you're using this in a standard water bottle, you may want to open it, sip a little water out, and then dump the powder in it first so it doesn't overflow.

I currently need to add an electrolyte supplement to my diet and have been experimenting with various brands. I was introduced to this product by my daughter, an ultra runner.
