Gardman AE60024 Hedgehog House by The Ernest Charles Co

Bought this for our resident hedgehog. He currently still prefers his bed of leaves but it is in place for next year. Sits well under our beech hedge very natural looking. Love the moss that will grow and cover it over time. I like its natural form rather than the 'house' style. It is quite light so need to make sure it wont get caught by gusts of wind.

Big enough for the Hedgehogs and due to the smaller entrance it should also protect them from any nasties out there

Have only just unpacked and it has not rained as yet so cannot say about being weather proof. Amhappy with the purchase

A bit lighter than I thought, but when pegged down it was fine. Very well made and looks great in the garden. Hope our miss prikkles uses it this when it gets colder.

Quick well packed delivery. House.is a decent size and very sturdy frame work ,heavier than I thought it would be. .Sat it on top of a pile of dry leaves under a fir tree where it is dry. Put dry leaves inside and dry food scattered inside and a dish of water outside then disguised it with a load of leaves over the top . It took 2 days only for it to have its first lodger !! A young Hedgehog.

It's not very sturdy but with a covering of leaves it might be ok.

Impec, je l'ai câlé sous un tas de feuilles, entre le tronc d'un arbre et la bordure de jardin. Il se fond dans le décor et offre un toit de protection contre la pluie et la neige aux hérissons. C'est parfait.

Très contente de mon achat, qui a fait un heureux , un petit hérisson y passe actuellement l hiver.
