Worthless to purchase!
If I could give this no stars I would. This like garbage bag on one side and a felt blanket on the other. It’s cheap and is very thin. This “mat” is worthless.

Great!
I knew it wasn’t a thick mat, but I’m nicely surprised about the grip of the plastic side facing the floor and the softer side on which you step on actually feels nice. It’s great for having a small area designated for all the training at home equipment and definitely need an extra mat for when doing floor exercises. Still very happy with it!

I expected it to be a bit more solid and not to slip on the floor

Cheaper material
Item is more like a carpet inside your vehicle. It’s very thin it does absorb sweat so I’m not sure how long it will last, but it does stay in place. We will see how long it holds up.
