I have used the name brand product several times and they were okay....but these are far superior. I truly expected them to be flimsy and fall apart after the first hard scrub, but that's not the case. The sponge held together after cleaning the sink..so I went on to the cabinets..then on to the appliances and finally some spots on the floor. And it was still whole! What a great product for an extremely reasonable price. Could not be more pleased. 😁

When these pads came in their flat sheet configuration, I scoffed. Turned out the pads may be thinner and smaller than the name brand, but they seem to hold up better to scrubbing. At the least, one did the same job just as well and looks better after.Granted, it was not a controlled test, just eye-balled. I marked off a 4x6 square on a basement stairs landing beside the steps up into the kitchen. It's right by the back door, so it gets kinda grubby from hands. I'm not going to show you a before and after of the wall because the before is embarrassing and the after shows no difference between the two oblongs. It's white textured paint, sand mixed in, only a little rough. I've been disappointed that the name brand frays away, especially on a rough surface, and it did on this job, but aside from losing most of its texture from the side that had it and some slight tears along the edges, the Aidea is still in great shape. The name brand isn't. It lost a big chunk right way, but that area might have had a crack when I started. It tore away too easily. But even disregarding it, there's a difference. Did I mention I was surprised? I think I'm going to be happy with these pads.(The edge-on photo of the pads is before the test.)

What I like is that Mr Clean Magic Erasers are so expensive you use it till it's beyond used up. These are small so they will actually fit in your hand. They also seem to last longer. I like these better!

Great way to clean. I used to soak the sink with bleach and water. With these, all I have to do is wet and wipe.

A little smaller than the named brand, but works great. At a fraction of the cost.

The took forever to receive and was slightly disappointed by the size. These work as well as that name brand but they are half the thickness. These are highly durable though and did not break down as quickly as other off brands. These really do compare to that name brand once you get past the baby size.

My first impression of these was not impressive. They are thinner than the name brands that you buy at the store so I was expecting them to break down faster. This is going to sound gross, because it is gross, but I have a dog with allergies who gets yeasty ears. Anybody that has had a dog with used to ears nose that when they shake that yeast goes everywhere! Yuck!! I was able to clean about a 4 x 4 area of wall while barely making a dent in this sponge. It did take going over a couple of times or more in some of the dirtier areas, but I was able to get it all clean without having to use any pressure, so no worry about wiping the paint off the walls. These gave identical results as the more expensive name brands, are thinner, but I honestly think they last longer. For the price of these, this is an awesome deal.

I use magic erasers for cleaning EVERYTHING. They are indeed magic, and these are way more durable than other brands I’ve tried (even name brand).
