**Q: Does this phone come with a warrantee? I bought this new less than 6 months ago and it has broken despite careful use.**
A: I do not know the answer to your question but I would think you should have a 12 month warranty

**Q: will it work on 3 network**
A: i have put a pay as you go in it to use abroad and also I used my contract simcard in it which is t mobile EE

**Q: Do it use a micro sim**
A: Think it's meant to take a full size sim but I stuck my micro one in from my previous phone and it works fine with that.

**Q: Does this phone have Italian language amongst the languages supported?**
A: I am not quite sure
