Does this phone come with a warrantee? I bought this new less than 6 months ago and it has broken despite careful use.

I do not know the answer to your question but I would think you should have a 12 month warranty

i have put a pay as you go in it to use abroad and also I used my contract simcard in it which is t mobile EE

Think it's meant to take a full size sim but I stuck my micro one in from my previous phone and it works fine with that.
