By far and above the best unflavored bone broth protein I’ve found yet. It dissolves in warm things instantly and cold things within seconds. I added it to my V8 this morning as a final test and it dissolved in 30 seconds with my coffee frother. I’m truly impressed!!! I have had no digestive issues with it. It does have the faintest taste of just.. a hint of something.. but it’s completely negligible. So much so that I was using another unflavored product and it had a more pronounced flavor that I now almost miss. If you’re looking for a high protein, easy mix, no flavor option, this is by far the best product I’ve found yet!!

The taste is not great, but it's better than a less expensive similar product I tried where the taste was so bad I just couldn't deal with it. I don't feel like I'm choking this one down. I only consume this mixed into ready-made liquid bone broth, with some salt and spices added.

The 2 stars is for the misleading description. This is not simply dried bone broth. It has also been hydrolized. That is an extra process. That is why it dissolves so well. Whereas non hydrolized has the gelatin and glycine intact, so it clumps and does not dissolve well (hydrophobic). So this bone broth is hydrolized - yet that fact is not mentioned. It is not on the packaging or anywhere on the Amazon page. Hydrolized provides different nutrition than non hydrolized bone broth. Hydrolized does have good collagen protein whereas non hydrolized provides the gut lining benefits of gelatin etc. along with collagen protein and other benefits.I paid good money for two of these and do not want them now that I know it is hydrolized.Amazon will not take returns of this item (food).I am happy to update my review if I am made whole, as this is not described fairly.

it says flavorless but it definitely tastes beefy. so i add it to stews, soups, pastas, etc..... literally anything you want to add extra protein source to. blends pretty easily as long as the fluid or dish is hot. ive never seen it get clumpy unless you add it to something cold. id say very versatile. highly recommend especially if you are trying to hit your protein goals. you get quite a bit so its a great price for your money.

The product looks good by the protein content and easy is to dissolve. However, the taste is a different thing. It's not unfavored, at all, it has some bitterness and taking with just water is impossible. It adds a bitter, not nice taste to juices. Maybe with savory liquids like broth or soups could be better.

My wife reviewed this…. I was very skeptical and thought for sure this was going to taste bad. I’m going through perimenopause and need better proteins and this fit my needs.I use it first thing when I wake up to get 28 grams of protein(including the milk I use). I add turmeric, black pepper and honey. Surprised I actually enjoy it and look forward to it before the first cup of coffee. It does not taste like I’m drinking bone broth at all!! Great purchase, the price for the amount of servings is very affordable and I will be buying more.

4 Star for price. 4 star for feeling full. If you're trying to stay full, consume protein. Not starch. Starch converts to sugar.Taste... This is where it depends on what you make. Not for coffee, tea, smoothies or anything sweet or even neutral. No amount of medicinal herbs will mask the odd, Earthy aroma. If you're making a soup then it works. Add some ginger powder to it and a hint of salt. Slightly bitter due to that, but easier to drink.The up side is that big scoop dilutes in room temp. H20. 3 shots of H20 will be enough. Don't need a lot of water to dissolve which is nice. It's not same as bean protein that stays thick. If the idea is to use as little H20 as possible to drink that in 2 gulps, then this is good.If it didn't have the aroma, then it would be good in anything. But the only thing that is totally flavorless is collagen peptide. Bean protein will taste of beans. Bone broth will have the Earthy aroma similar to a broth that's bland. Think of it more of making a soup than anything else.Always try the product as is 1st before mixing into anything regardless if it's flavored or not. Never know what it taste like. Don't have better options to intake more protein with ease. This will do for now.

Can't find any info or website of the manufacturer, so feeling suspicious about where this is coming from and the health of the cows...want clarity on where the cows are from and a manufacturers website. The price is so expensive on amazon in comparison to the website too I have realised really late! :( Product was stuck in customs for agessss, took weeks to get to me! ordered 27th October, and arrived on the 17th November!:/Love the product taste.
