Can be positioned and/or moved. Really good and strong hooks which are easy to apply and can be moved if necessary. They are also not highly visible due to being transparent. One that I had used some time ago wasn't so easy to remove but it didn't leave a mark and I had more to replace it with as I wrinkled it by removing, wanting to replace it in another place.
