A little bouncy, but you can get your reading. This meter bounces around some, but getting a ph reading is still much better then using paper strips.If you are doing any fermentation, you need to be able to get ph readings at various times. ph strips are a plain to use and aren't very accurate. This meter is better and more accurate then the paper strips, but still not perfect.

Very easy to use and now I don’t have to worry if the pH levels of my hot sauces are good now I know for sure that they’re the right level

Junk. The reading moves all over the place and never stabilizes.

Needed this for some fermenting im doing.The reader is well built and kit comes with a lot of extras. You also get two bottles to calibrate the reader and instructions with pictures on how to use it. The readings get bouncy and takes awhile to stabilize. Sometimes it doesn’t settle down at all but you get your reading. Easier that using PH strips and perfect for making sure your fermented vegetables are working.
