This weight is no joke! I do this in sessions for a few minutes a day. I first started out with 6 minutes, needless to say...I needed a nap. I shook myself right to bed. These dumbbells work. Easy to use and you get a good workout with them. Easy to grip The shaking works the whole arm together for a faster arm workout. I would recommend this product.

You would think a joke but these work!!!
I have been picking up different gym equipment to help me lose some weight. I got this because it looked fun and funny. I didn't really think that it would do anything really but make me laugh. Boy was I wrong. I still can't get through the 6 minutes with each arm yet lol. It is made of a lot more quality part than I thought there would be. It just feels really well made. So if you are looking for something to add to your workouts, look no further. This will get the job done. It engages shoulders and all muscles in arms. Its Amazing!!

Much more Effective than Expected
Got this mostly for my wife who uses free weights often and was curious to how effective it might be...I ended up trying first as she was away and this was a much better muscle toning type workout than expected. I generally have not done much free weights but really enjoy how easily this works out my arms and shoulders... I have been using 4 or 5 times a week for 5 minutes.Playing pickle ball the last few days have noticed less arm fatigue, soreness and enhanced shot power.4.8 of 5 stars
