I've be using Breath Rights, Originals , for several years. Great Product.However, lately it's been hard to find the "Originals" , is Stores, anymore. ( Hence my Amazon purchase)They Have Plenty of the " New and Improved " Products. Like " CLEAR ", That is an uncomfortablepiece of Clear Plastic, that you can always feel. Or, The " EXTRA STRENGTH ", That has 3 Strips , That WAY TOO Big, for a Normal Size Nose.. The Top Rib, Sticks into the corner of your Eye.I always wonder, if Upper Management EVER, actually Tries and USES the " New and Improved " version,Over a GREAT "Original" Product...

I have always suffered from rhinitis here and there since I was very young and it got very bad during pregnancy. Because of increased blood flow, my nose was stuffed at night and it was difficult to fall asleep. I couldn't take allergy medication because I was pregnant and nasal spray by itself wasn't enough. Then I remembered my mother bought these a long time ago for my father's snoring and it worked so I gave it a try. OMG, it was a life saver. With these strips and nasal spray I was finally able to fall asleep.

This is the product I’ve used for years. It keeps down my snoring and actually fits my nose.I’d prefer to buy locally, but the tan large size is not carried by local stores. Why? Not at CVS, Target or Kroger’s. The manufacturer has pushed the wide size for a long time, gives coupons to get people to switch, but those strips aren’t long enough.I buy it from Amazon because I can’t get it anywhere else.

Easy to use! Just apply a swipe of an alcohol swab across the area of your nose to make sure you have secure contact for the Breathe Right! My husband no longer has a snoring issue!

I've been sleeping with these on my nose for years. They do seem to make it easier to breath through my nose and I'm convinced their worth it. I have tried generic versions and they don't seem to work as well and come off before I wake up. I can't comment on them for exercise. I prefer to order these through Amazon because I can get them a bit cheaper and avoid a trip to the store.
