Got these to see if it would give me an energy boost as I heard so much about the ingredients. Just taking 2 a day and have already noticed a kick in the energy levels. They are tasty too so have to try control myself to limit how many I have!

In my opinion this is the best way to have Shilajit. Tastes good and you don't need no metal spoon. Love the packaging and most importantly, the lovely gummies!

These had a more natural flavour compared to some gummies that I have tried. They were not overly sweet. Cute little bears. Suitable for Vegans. 2 a day so it's a 30 day supply. Taste well made and perfect alternative if you don't like swallowing pills.

These have made no difference to me over all in any way shape or form. Other than I get a half decent sweet in the morning where I feel I'm doing something good for myself.

OK, so these gummies do in fact taste like they have authentic shilajit in them, with added sweetness to make them more palatable. However, I have a few issues with the product listing and claims on this product's packaging that make me skeptical.First, the product listing states there are 1,400mg of pure Himalayan Shilajit in the product, but on the bottle it's stated as 1,000mg. I had to pick off the bar code sticker to find this information though, which wasn't terribly easy.Second, the product states that it is a "sugar free food supplement". I assumed therefore that the sweet taste was down to either added fruit juice or artificial sweeteners, but again, after picking off the bar code sticker I found that the second ingredient in the ingredients list is corn, then syrup - I'm assuming this is meant to read as corn syrup, which is basically just another form of sugar.These two points make me doubt other claims given on the product listing and packaging and therefore I would not order again.

I've used supplements from this brand before and I've never had any complaints - they definitely match up to expectations. Though, it's the first time I've had bear shaped ones which I didn't expect to see! I'd definitely recommend you look into the benefits of ashwagandha to see if this will add to your routine - for some people, supplements like these don't make a noticeable difference, but for some, they're great when taken regularly. If you want to find out which one you are, this bottle is a great option!
