Tried every single diaper cream/barrier cream marketed to babies and the elderly.After repurchasing 3 times now- I give it 5 stars. Better than Desitin because the desitin is runny in comparison and it absorbs into the diaper, I never saw it on my baby's butt when I would change the diaper.This cream stays on, I can see the layer in-tact on the butt when I go to do the next diaper change.This product has no fragrance compared to desitin which is a plus for me.Also this is way cheaper- that was the main reason I was looking for an alternative. Because we use this stuff by the boat-load.Use a butt spatula.

This zinc oxide is a daily staple. I use it for every skin need, including facial lines, blemishes, nail beds and more. I see great improvements in my skin quality and nails. It's honestly the most economical form of a very useful product.

Nice zinc oxide cream. I use as moisturizer before bed to soothe irritation on red skin. Does seem to work okay

Very soothing

I use this as sun screen on my face, neck, chest and arms. It's the best for this purpose and I find this large jar is reasonably priced and lasts a long time. It's a bit sticky and thick and spreading is more of an effort than the more mainstream sunscreens but I feel this is the healthiest and safest option. I don't use every day like I used to but in the past I would put this on my face every day and would double as a moisterizer. This is my second purchase of this brand and I would buy again and recommend!

I love this stuff! Perfect my horses sheath area for protection against flies ! The flies tear him up down there . Regular fly spray doesn’t protect him well enough. This provides a great barrier . You can’t beat the price either brand name D is far too expensive ! This works just as well at a fraction of the price ! Purchased 3 , I’ll be back for more !

This is super thick and hard to spread. I wouldn't buy this again and I even stopped using it because it gets on my clothes and I cannot get it out until I've watched them like three times. However, it does work.
