My sister told me her doctor recommended her these vitamins. I am 49 years old and I was dealing with sweats at night and hot flashes. I started taking these vitamins and all the sweats and hot flashes went away. For me it has been a miracle vitamin. The label recommends taking these vitamins twice a day, but I only take it once a day in the morning and works great for me. I highly recommend them and I am not getting paid by anyone to write this positive review.
